Heritage Hill offers the perfect venue space for a smaller more intimate gathering. Whether it’s hosting your wedding ceremony and reception, family reunion, bridal party, intimate dinner party or any other event, we’ve got you covered.  We can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Our Estate Garden Venue offers use of the well manicured grounds with beautiful mountain views as well as an intimate walled garden area and a 30 x 40 lighted tent.  

Event packages can be customized to include overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests in the Historic Manor House.

Ceremony & Reception

Heritage Hill boasts extensive grounds with beautiful views, inside and out. When you reserve our bed and breakfast for your wedding, you get so much more than just a venue site. From the gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the well-lit rooms of our Historic Manor House, you are sure to capture a beautiful day from beginning to end. Our expansive lawn and garden area provides a generous space to set up your dream ceremony and/or reception, and the 30 x 40 lighted tent provides shade for your guests and a rain option should the weather prove troublesome.  The large rooms in the Manor House provide you with an elegant space to get ready for the big day and plenty of lovely photo options. 

The Estate Experience – Full Wedding Package Details:

Perfect for wedding parties of 50-100 guests.

Included is access to the grounds & patio areas surrounding Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast. You will also have use of the entire 4300sq ft Manor House for 2 nights. There are four guest rooms upstairs, two with private bathrooms and 2 guest rooms that share a hall bathroom. The lower level has a bonus room with a queen size Murphy Bed and adjacent ½ bath. The house sleeps 14 comfortably.

The Garden space is roughly 35’ X 55’ and is a great space for cocktail hour or an intimate ceremony.

A large lawn is just steps up from the garden area and can be used for the ceremony, or outdoor games etc. An additional patio located off the Manor House is also included and is great for cocktail hour as well.

Our lighted 30’ X 40’ tent comes with optional clear side walls should the weather be an issue. Handmade oak ceremony benches & farm tables with black metal chairs are also included. We provide a Bluetooth sound system with a corded microphone and fans for adequate air flow.

An air-conditioned bathroom trailer will be provided.

The Estate Experience Micro Wedding Package Details:

For weddings with less than 50 guests. Includes everything in the Estate Experience but on a smaller more intimate scale.

Guest will enjoy one night of accommodations for up to 14 people and one full day for your celebration and one half day for clean up. *Parties of 35 or less can be set up inside the Manor House if desired.

The Classic Wedding Package Details:

For up to 100 guests.

Included is use of the gardens, grounds, and the 30X40 event tent and handmade oak benches for your ceremony and handmade pine farm tables with black metal chairs for your reception. Access to these areas for set up and rehearsal on Friday from 3pm – 10pm, full day on Saturday to enjoy your celebration, and clean up time Sunday morning from 8am – noon. No overnight accommodations.  You will have limited access to Manor House  (kitchen area, bathroom, and bridal suite).

An air-conditioned bathroom trailer will be provided for Saturday.

Ceremony Only Package Details:

For up to 100 guests for up to 3 hours.

Included is use of the gardens, grounds, and the 30X40 event tent (if needed due to inclement), handmade oak benches for your ceremony and use of the grounds for pictures. You will have limited access to Manor House (kitchen area, bathroom, and bridal suite). We also provide a Bluetooth sound system with a corded microphone. For weddings with more than 50 guests a bathroom trailer will be required for an additional fee.

Getting Ready & First Look

The bright rooms at Heritage Hill are the perfect backdrop for your bridal party to get ready. With ample windows providing natural light and historic charm throughout, there are plenty of fabulous photo opportunities.

Want to sneak a peek at your love before the ceremony? Plan your first look or grab some bridal party photos on the B&B grounds before you head off to your wedding!

Bridal Party Package

Includes one night stay in the Manor House for up to 14 guests, continental breakfast in the morning, and access to the grounds for photos.

Other Special Events

Our manicured landscaped lawn, cozy patios and garden areas are available for hosting all kinds of events.  We have the ideal setting to create memories that last a lifetime. A 30 X 40 lighted tent is included.

1. The Garden Gathering for groups of 100 or less.

Included is access to the gardens, grounds & patios surrounding Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast.

Included is a 30’ X 40’ tent with optional clear side panels. Handmade oak benches and handmade farm tables with black metal chairs are also provided.

ADA Portable restroom will be provided. (Restroom trailers can be added for additional fee)

PRICE: Minimum 2 hour rental

50 or less guests $400

51 – 100 guests $500

(additional hours $100 per hour up to 8 hours total)

2. The Manor House (main level only) for groups of 35 or less.

Included is access to the entire main level of the Manor House, the patio area, as well as the lawn. The 30X40 tent is not included. 2 large antique tables with chairs provide space for a 20 person sit-down dinner. More space is available for additional tables and chairs if needed but not included. (up to 35 people)

PRICE: Minimum 2 Hour rental is $350.00. Additional hours can be added for $100.00 per hour.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A fully refundable $250 damage deposit is required at time of booking.

A $250 cleaning fee is added to all Manor House rentals.

Caterers are allowed to use the kitchen in the Manor House for prep, food storage, and warming only.

An ABC event license is required to serve alcohol.

Day of event insurance is required.
