Being centrally located between Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Lexington, and Staunton, Heritage Hill B&B provides the opportunity to see and do a so many things in a variety of nearby locations. Given that we are within 30-45 minutes of the 4 major universities in Central Virginia — UVA, JMU, VMI, and WLU — we are a convenient choice of upscale lodging when on your trip to and from school for various college related events.

We are only a few miles from where the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive meet so there is plenty of great hiking in the area!

And if wineries, cideries or breweries are your thing, there are plenty within an easy 30 min drive.

We offer individual rooms at the B&B or the options to rent the whole house and bring along friends and family!
