By making this booking with Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
The nightly price includes room fee, taxes, and any transactions fees. A full breakfast is included for each occupant.
All bookings made through email will be confirmed through email.
For bookings made more than 31 days in advance, a deposit of 50% is required to make your reservation. The remaining balance will be required 30 days before reservation date. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at time of reservation.
Payments can be made through the website (heritagehillbnb.com).
Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation is 3 weeks out from a reservation date, a refund of 75% minus transaction fees will be issued. If a cancellation is 2 weeks out from a reservation date, a refund of 50% minus transaction fees will be issued. If a cancellation is 1 week out from a reservation date, a refund of 25% minus transaction fees will be issued. A cancellation less than a week from a reservation date will not be refunded. There will be no refund for a no show.
All bookings through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb’s terms and conditions.
No pets are allowed.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Check-in is anytime after 3pm and before 11pm. Check-out is by noon.
There is no smoking or vaping inside the house or on the porches and patios.
Please respect the other guests and observe quiet hours from 10pm–8am. If we have to speak to you more than two times about noise levels you may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Please let us know if something gets broken or damaged in the room during your stay. There may be an additional fee for significant damage based upon the incident.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
We will not share your information with any third party but we may contact you on occasion with promotions or special offers.
